Our support packages offer a combination of Telephone and Remote Access Support, with any required Site Visits also included. Guaranteed response times can be set at 2/4/8 hours (out of hours available on request) depending on your requirements, but generally our support delivery is instantaneous as we only have qualified engineers answering our phones - just ask any of our customers!

We're also very proud of our 'In House' Call Logging and Proactive Monitoring systems at Geostream, these are unique to us and unlike the 'Off The Shelf' software solutions that many of our competitors rely on. Our systems have been developed over 10 years and we are continually improving them further, which ensures that our clients always receive the highest levels of service achievable.
