Saturday night saw a packed Rainworth Miners Welfare for an evening of fund raising in aid of the John Eastwood Hospice Trust. With an estimated 300 in the crowd, 3 local DJ’s who last played their vinyl records in 1999 re-launched their decks in front of a packed crowd in the name of a good cause.
Matthew Caunt, Director at Geostream said that he was delighted to be able to add to the prizes. “We heard about the fund raiser through one of our engineers Nikki and were happy to donate the signed Nottingham Forest football as a prize. We now know that the evening raised about £2500 and we are happy to have contributed in some way to what sounds like a very vibrant and successful night.”
